Because the Pro Series of terminals communicate via standard TCP/IP network protocol no additional cabling is required. The Pro Series terminals are designed from the ground up to be user friendly but also to maximize billable copies, faxes, and scans. One of the most common problems with tracking terminals is overuse of the firms' non-billable (overhead) accounts. The Copitrak/Faxtrak Pro encourages users to utilize billable account codes instead of overhead accounts and actually aids users in doing so. Features such as client/matter Last Job Recall and client/matter SuperSearch make finding and entering billable account codes an easy task. Client/matter Last Job Recall is the terminals ability to remember the last 16 billable Client-matter numbers a user has accessed. The Faxtrak Pro represents the state of the art in fax tracking terminals and was designed to be user friendly with many convenient and time saving features built in. The Faxtrak Pro terminal captures fax pages sent and received and is 100% compatible with Super G3 fax machines. The Faxtrak Pro terminal is equipped with a chip that was specifically designed to handle Super G3 fax transmissions. In addition to tracking fax pages the Faxtrak Pro has the ability to track and price the telephone call portion of the fax job.
