FedEx and UPS. These automated tracking tools, along with our powerful WebEdit for transaction (errors and exceptions) editing, helps your firm maximize recoveries.

The Copitrak solutions include state-of-the-art technology including our new .NET (browser based user interface), SQL server database, Crystal reports, biometric fingerprint login for security and sign-on, colour TFT touch screens, and embedded solutions (no terminals necessary).
The elegance of the Copitrak software is evidenced by such user friendly features as;
- Smart bar interface for client/matter selection of last 20 favorite accounts by user
- Global Last Job Recall and Speed Dial of accounts - centralized terminal management means that every device and software module will display the last 20 jobs/speed dials (by user)
- Super Search for client/matter numbers - typing in "Lin…" will call up all the client names starting with "Lin…" and display the first 20 (in alphabetic order) on screen allowing you to scroll down to search further or to choose one of the first 20
- Auto Complete - the terminal automatically completes client/matter numbers, as you fill them in
- Large colour TFT touch screen with industry standard Microsoft Outlook look and feel
- Secure Print for network jobs
- Multi-language capability by user (used primarily in overseas offices)
We work with all major accounting systems, most notably with Elite, Aderant (CMS), e-Quinox, Acumin (DEXCO), ProLaw, ESILaw and PCLaw. Our integrations to all these systems are seamless.
Since we are specialists we can also help you to maximize recoveries by consulting with you to improve workflow capabilities or to suggest improvements to the system/procedures to improve performance.
