Land Title Electronic Filing –“EFS”

When the BC Land Title and Survey Authority introduced Electronic Filing System (“EFS”) in April of 2004, ConveyMaster made the appropriate changes to become completely EFS compatible.  Electronically submitting land title documents with BC OnLine is easy and is the latest example of ConveyMaster’s state-of-the-art technology.  Every new feature we incorporate in ConveyMaster is designed with our customers in mind, making their job simpler and more efficient.

Filing physical documents at the Land Title Office is still an option and the Land Title fee for filing in paper and electronic is the same.
